9. SMS Communications and Consent
Hammerly contractors may, at their discretion, enable SMS appointment reminders for individual jobs. When this feature is enabled on a job:
- The contractor confirms that the customer has consented to receive SMS reminders for the scheduled service.
- Hammerly sends at most one SMS reminder per scheduled appointment, typically the day before service.
- SMS is used exclusively for transactional / notification purposes — not for marketing or promotional content.
- Customers can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any SMS sent by Hammerly. Reply HELP for help. Standard message and data rates may apply.
By using the SMS reminder feature, the contractor confirms that they are the originator of these communications and that they have lawful authority to deliver SMS to the recipients they enable. See our Privacy Policy for details about how phone numbers and SMS data are handled.
10. Changes to the Service
We may update or modify the platform at any time.
We may also update features, functionality, or pricing as part of ongoing improvements to the service. Any significant changes will be communicated with reasonable prior notice when applicable.
